This Carbon Black, in combination with active Carbon, despite its similar appearance, exhibits significant differences in chemical and functional characteristics compared to Carbon Black alone. It is produced through the incomplete combustion of heavy petroleum products such as FCC bitumen, coal bitumen, or ethylene cracking bitumen. Many of its properties can be controlled through the partial combustion of oils or gases. Comprising minuscule particles primarily composed of carbon, it finds extensive use as a black pigment across various manufacturing industries.
